Organic or Not? What You Really Need to Know

I am the first to hold my hand up and say that for the past 10 years or so of my life, I have guffawed the whole ‘organic thang’.  And in 2012, a Stanford study found that:

”there is little evidence of health benefits by eating organic foods”

So that’s the answer, right?  Overpriced, small, blemished fruits and veg grown by hippies (OK, that’s my imagination), with no difference in nutritional value?

Thanks, but, I’ll stick to my ‘regular’ stuff.  This organic malarkey – what a rip-off!
