Feel Great Now Ltd offers a one hundred percent (100%) thirty-day(30) money back guarantee to all Customers on orders that are unused and in a resalable condition.

To be eligible your refund must be requested within thirty-days(30) of the purchase date and refunds are only eligible for full orders not for any partially used orders.

Please note that Feel Great Now is not responsible for refunding any shipping costs incurred on any returns or refunds.

We are also not responsible for refunds on any Customer orders that are lost or damaged by customs or by any shipping providers. Customers may request a refund from their respective country’s customs office and directly from the shipping provider.

When placing an order with us your order is shipped directly from our supplier Vida Divina, you must therefore return your order back to Vida Divina to receive a refund.

The returns process is outlined below, and it must be followed correctly otherwise the terms of this thirty-day (30) money back guarantee will be void.

A. All returns must be made as follows:

I. Contact us at Feel Great Now and we will obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) code from Vida Divina. We will give this to you along with the returns shipping address in order for you to complete your return.

Include a written or printed copy of your Vida Divina order number with your returned order (you will receive a paper copy of your Vida Divina order number with your delivered package; keep it safe). Such proof of purchase must also reference the RMA and include the reason for the return. Write these legibly and in English.

II. Ship your order back to Vida Divina, exactly as it was delivered, to the address provided to you when you were given your RMA.

B. All returns must be shipped to Vida Divina pre-paid, as Vida Divina does not accept shipping collect packages. Vida Divina recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx with tracking and insurance as risk of loss or damage in shipping of the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer (and not by Vida Divina or Feel Great Now Ltd).

If the returned product is not received at Vida Divina’s Distribution Centre, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that Vida Divina will receive your returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected by Vida Divina, we will send an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within a certain amount of days. 

In the event that Feel Great Now is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.
